I've never liked colas. I've recently re-stopped consuming caffeine though (as far as I'm aware, I suppose).

I should really try and cut back on caffeine.

I really notice if I miss my coffee in the morning though.

i do it, too, steph. my dentist says it's stress-related. try to keep yourself from doing it, because it can damage your gums and cause major sensitivity. i have to wear a night guard when i sleep (i know, so sexy) to keep my jaws apart. it's thin and goes on your bottom teeth to keep space between them at night. it helps a lot.
try rubbing the muscles in your jaw with your fingers, sometimes that helps them to relax. keep your tongue between your front teeth when your mouth is closed, that should help you keep from clenching. don't close your teeth on your tongue though. i do that sometimes without realizing it.

Yeah, I was thinking about a mouth guard for sleeping, my boyfriend told me I grind my teeth a lot in my sleep, sometimes he wakes me up cause it freaks him out.

I do try massaging the muscles sometimes, cause my singing teacher used to tell me to do it, but it usually just makes me clench more cause I'm concentrating on my jaw.

I buy cola almost everyday, it leaves a horrible after taste after a while though. It's not the caffeine you have to worry about with coke its all the bloody sugar. I need to stop buying it.

and yeh cola is cola flavoured, its like a fake flavour cuz you can't find that taste like from fruit, it is odd.

This is extremely annoying. I'm half tempted to seek out this doppelganger. And kill him.

That's one of the reasons I stopped drinking it excessively, I don't like to have a metallic taste in my mouth and teeth for the rest of the day.
It also makes my tongue and teeth brown which is not exactly attractive. And it swells my stomach. And gives me a heavy feeling. Etc. etc.

If I don't get my morning coffee I get a headache. But I think everyone needs a vice, I could have chosen a worse one.

I drink energy drinks like they're going out of style. What a waste of money and health!

i've never drank an energy drink, i've smelled them and they smell sickening, plus the list of ingredients makes my head spin.
i know they can't taste good or be good for you

They're far too sickly for me.

i've only ever had one energy drink, one time i was really sleepy before a party and drank one, it didnt work.
i was still half asleep at the party and was chuffed when it was over and i could sleep lol

I like Monster energy drinks. Mostly the green kind, but the orange isn't too bad.

Not a fan of energy drinks, only drink them randomly if they're mixed with Jager or vodka.

The ingredients in them = not great, esp. the ones that can cause cancer.

I used to drink this ALL the time, it's like magic, i would be half asleep and I'd drink one and could go for HOURS. It made me awesome at video games and they make your mind [i:28krjbi1]feel[/i:28krjbi1] more clear, (but that's just the massive quantities of caffeine). I ended up drinking like 3 a day and my heart would be pounding all the time, so I stopped drinking them.

Whenever I'm around someone who is drinking a Monster I can smell it and I start to crave it.

I used to like Red Bull, but dislike all enegry drinks now.

I had one of the shittiest days.

adopted a dog because tomorrow if would have been euthanized if no one adopted him. we are stoked, buy all his stuff (harness, food, toys) and have him meet our dogs. I mostly snuggled him most of the day. Then later at the vet...he tells us he has a terrible defect and best option is the put it down. That in a few months he will die. I just had to euthanize the sweetest little puppy (he was 9 weeks). Ive been crying for the last hour.

I'm sorry about the puppy. If he wouldn't have had a good quality of life it's better that he was euthanised, but that doesn't make it any better.

I'm back in stockholm. Mixed feelings. Gonna fix my apartment a little to keep occupied. (like school isn't enough......) Gonna paint it and buy pretty lamps and stuff =) Before my kitties arrive, so they dont walk all over the paint

This is the third time i have the same super grose/creepy dream where i have to cut my own right feet of in my bed..
First I use my hand kind of like a saw, but when I get to the bone I start using a regular diningknife.. And I can never really deside where I should cut the bone so when Im like half way thru I just keep starting over..

I used to have adream about sawing my leg off a couple of years ago. In 2nd year anatomy we had a dog project and each group was given a list of things we needed to dissect out. For whatever reason we had to get rid of one of the dog's legs and no one else would saw off the leg so I did it with an autopsy saw. So after that I used to have these random dreams about me being on the metal table sawing through my femur while everyone in anatomy class was watching. Haven't had that dream in a couple years.

my debit card number was stolen and I had fraud. Greeeeat. On the brighter side, I finally finished painting my room, after two months!

I guess the bright side is... we can donate his toys, food, and treats to another shelter. There is an awesome non-kill shelter near me so Ill donate to them.
