5 kg, good for you. I have no control over myself, though I did manage to stop my excessive eating during the weekends (one of my New Year's resolutions).

i used to be such a disciplined eater. i don't have the strength for it anymore; i can't control myself. as long as my clothes fit, i try not to think about my weight.

yesterday, i ate:

• a bowl of cereal
• one and a half black bean soft tacos
• about a thousand chips with chile con queso and various salsas
• half a bag of white cheddar popcorn
• a small piece of cake
• two pieces of spinach and artichoke pizza with mushrooms and garlic
• a large piece of cake

i felt quite sick by the time i went to bed.

Today is the day of Kalevala and Finnish culture.

I thought I'd celebrate by finding out more about our early pagan religion.

Yeah I tend to eat when Im bored so I need to get healthy. The goal is to lose some weight to minimize my boobs and then tone up.

I baked in the sun for about 4-5 hours just to see them play an acoustic set for an hour. It was worth it all when they played and I met Bordy.
