But what does piss me off, is that Friday is my sister's 18th birthday.
She has so much planned but it all got fucked over because her boss is making her work a 12 hour shift that day.

it takes fucking ages, i've been doing the same for almost a month and there really hasn't been a difference, u need to do aerobic exercise as well as anaerobic]
aerobic-jogging etc
anaerobic-sit-ups,press-ups etc in case u didn't know

and it pissed me off when my friend pretended to spit in my face but actually accidently got me a bit in the eye
