Anyone else (except for Heather) watch this beautiful programme? Michael C Hall is perfect as Dexter.

Vicky, don't you remember a year ago when a bunch of us talked about it and you didn't know a thing about it? Glad you're hooked now.

Good to spread the love. I got my friend and her dad into it.

Can't wait to see what John Lithgow's like.

The books are pretty good. The first one's pretty much the same as the first season with some differences, and the other three storylines are completely different. The series has some minor things from the other three books though.

I like the books. Favourite is the second, then the fourth, then the first, then the third..something about the third made me not want to read it :S..got it finished like, but it sucked.

Oh yeah.....yeah I didn't like that one, it kinda seemed to take it in a completely different direction that it didn't need to go in.

I didn't like how Doakes ended up either, in the book and in the show. In both it seemed like the easy way out. I didn't really like him in the show, but watching season 1 and 2 now I miss him, and I miss [i:ldp2cipc]surprise motherfucker[/i:ldp2cipc].

I LOVE Dexter. Been reading the books the series was based on, too. They're really good. Can't wait for this week's episode.

Glad Michael C Hall finally won a Globe and SAG award for it. He should've won the first year Dexter started.

I haven't seen season 3 but I heard Dexter does something rather drastic in either season 3 or season 4.
