how the fuck did it take that much to show them that guns are a problem?

2 of those kids were shot in there own homes

it makes me mad though, y'know, that it takes people dying for them to get off their arses, stop doing paperwork, and actually do something for the people.

I heard on the radio news that somewhere in Ireland guns are banned, and last year the most violent crimes they had in that area was about 4 knifings. That same year in the US SO many people were shot. Guns are kind of shitty.

Apparnetly there's a *gun culture* cropping up around where I live now, mainly from this estate just down the road. Only the other day I was walking home the and they had one of those police boards saying someone had been shot in their home and asking if anyone saw anything.

Guns scare me. Most of the people around here think they're gangsters and i'm sure something truely tragic is going to happen sometime soon.

I hear Nottingham is the gun crime *capital* of the country though, with Manchester quite close behind. You'd have thought it was London but apparently not.

If they started making all guns pink, then noone would want to touch one.

guns is nature are a good thing, meant to protect and hunt. of course people abuse them and act like retards with them. there are more death related accidents with cars. cars are a danger as well, people abuse cars, drive badly. so i dont think guns should be banned...cars are a bigger danger.

and if somethings man-made then its not nature

in its original nature given by man it was used to hunt and kill animals, then it became weapons.

I sort of agree.

To me guns aren't necessary for hunting becuase all the animals we need to eat are kept in farms, they don't need to hunt cows and pigs and chickens becuase they're all captive.
And even if they did they could use traps...

But cars... A car is a fuckin 5 ton death machine is what it is.
It can run things over, crash into things, explode, and cars are polluting the air and killing the planet to boot.
