Hey I was just wondering if anyone else here gets migraines. I get them quite often and they are a pain in the arse, so if you do get them, are there any things you do to stop getting them as much?

yup. i get migraines. i started getting them since i was in the fourth grade.
so if you smoke, quit. and you're not allowed to eat any prossesed junk foods(hotdogs, chips, junk crap like that.) and no caffiene because that's another thing that triggers them. and another thing, try not to be so stressed out because this is another major thing that causes migraines. so basically stay healthy.

yes, i get them. they run in the female side of our family. they're not fun. there are certain things that can trigger them. pay close attention to what you eat around the times your next few come. if they're severe enough, see a doctor. he'll put you on meds.

i used to get them all the time.
turns out it was because there was a sneaky gas leak in my house and it was killing my brain. anywho, i found that the best thing to do was to take some advil (the liquid kind always worked best for me) and sleep sleep sleep.
