this is fucking lame... but i'm going to be a pussy and bitch about it... my life turned around for the worst, I lost my love and its not coming back. Its causing me to be self destructive and I drink way too much now. I've pushed friends away and I can't seem to grip on to any form of happiness. at this point i can't save myself and i don't like being dependent on others so I don't know what to do and I hate therapists I've never told them a line of truth.

STOP DRINKING.

why dont you try telling your friends how your feeling? talk to them about it.

true. If the person passed then i apologize i know how you feel. a friend of mine died two years ago and i took it pretty hard.

no it was a break up, I' m being lame, but that's not what I lost. I initiated the break up. I live with the kid so it is not working. I would talk to friends but they are gone too. thanks for responding.

you're not being lame. talk to your friends about it, or family or anyone really. and dont rely on drink, it wont help you in the long run.

three things:
if you think your friends are good people, there's no point in pushing them away.
Then, love.. what can i say? You said your boy left. Okay, he's not the only boy on earth. There are thousands of them, so please, don't destroy yourself because of him. You might find someone better..no one knows..
third, and last, alcohol isn't the best way. You'll regret in a couple of years. It's good to drink, i love drinking alcohol, but not in a bad way. You're only hurting yourself..and your stomach.

This is going to sound fucking lame, but time heals all wounds. Surround yourself with family/friends anyone who will support you. Also, have a wallow day...eat some ice cream, crank some Black Flag and wallow.
