i just got into them like a month ago and i've fallen in love with their lovely music.
i even did a cover of 'sing' by them

confess your love for them! or hate...

i haven't seen them live yet, but i just got their dvd in the mail and from what i've watched they're amazing.

I listen to them if theyre on my media player but i dont go out of my way to hear them.

I love them, recently i can't stop listening to them. I saw them at reading fest and they were soooo good. I oo9ve the song girl anachronism < thats probably spelt wrong but oh well. I just love them

me too. I saw them play in Indianapolis like 4 years ago and was in love. I saw them again in San Fran at the Great American Music Hall (which is probably the best place to see shows) and they were just as good. Haven't heard their new album though.

Ive seen em perform 6 or 7 times live and went to Fuck the back row. After seeing them play a free acoustic set at a local record store I realized I didnt have a ride to thier show that was in an hour, so after getting them to sign my iPod and a vinyl record I asked them for a ride and they gave me one. Brian didn't talk much but Amanda was awfully nice. After most shows if you hang around they (sometimes just Amanda) will do a meet and greet.

I am also part of thier street team so I get promo stuff (if anyoen wants any shoot me a PM and I tell you when I get some that I'm allowed to send out) all the time and free tickets to the shows. Oh watch out for the shadowbox though, a lot of the people there are elitests but most of them are full of crap and just put people down. The fans are usually ethere really nice or really elitest (kinda like I knew of the band for years before you, so I'm better than you. Kiss my feet).

Luck has nothing to do with it, they are just one of the MOST fan friendly bands I have ever seen. They are the only band I know of that tries to reply to every email personally and actually post on thier forums like real people, and not just bulletins.

I still DESPISE their War Pigs cover. It's odd that Amanda is such a great signer, yet she gives a terrible vocal performance during War Pigs.

I just don't think it's something Amanda should sing. Her voice is too low, and it just sounds like a bad attempt. She has a great voice though.

One of my favorites. I've met them twice, and seen them three times.
They're good people, and amazing musicians.

Amanda's voice fucking rocks. She actually has a very powerful range. And it's not forced. It just sounds like that.

I love their S/T album so much. Every song on it is genious, whereas I can't stand Shores of California off the new one.

I can't help but reading every one of her myspace blogs even though they're sometimes hidiously long. I love all of the Dresden Dolls songs. THey are amazing.

also, they're on tour this june in the US only. for the true colors tour, along with cyndi lauper, debbie harry, erasure, the gossip, and host margaret cho..i hope i'm not forgetting anybody
