No matter how much water I drink I'm ALWAYS thirsty, what the fuck?! When I wake up in the mornings, my mouth is DRY, it's a barren wasteland. All throughout the day I can't seem to get enough water. I inhale gatorade and it just makes me THIRSTIER.

WTF do I do? I can't seem to stay lubricated.

I already said I drink a cuntload of water! I'm a fuckin camel.
In bootcamp they taught us about dehydration, and all throughout my life my mom's pounded it into my head. Even if I'm not thirsty I drink water.
But half the time I feel thirsty and cant seem to get... Not thirsty...

In the past couple of hours I drank some juice, a gatorade, a pepsi, and liter of water. And I ate a shitload of watermellon...
All day at work I was drinking from the fountain...

Mouth feels pretty dry. Still pretty thirsty...

you need to drink at least one gallon every day chronically. measure it out and see if you feel different. you need to pay attention to it. if you still feel dehydrated, you need to go to your doctor.

PS. for every bottle of juice, soda, gatorade, etc. that you drink, to rehydrate your body back to normal, you need to drink double the amount in water. only WATER is going to do you good. not sugary, high in sodium things that contradict the process. no wonder you're always thirsty.

let's take a look at some of the ingredients.... sucrose syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, salt, sodium citrate, monopotassium phosphate, ester gum, sucrose acetate isobutyrate.

there's regular salt.
there's sodium citrate, also salt.

Well, water it is then! But whenever I get sick and the doctor tells me "lots of liquids lots of rest," he usually says I should get some gatorade.

I wouldn't be suprised if I DID have diabetes cos everyone in my family has it. Or at least everyone on my moms side does, never knew my dads side of the family so there's no telling what I've got going on there.

The gatorade thing doesn't really work that way. Every week or so I go to the store and get a few groceries. I get a pack of gatorade to last me the week. It's not like I drink the whole pack and go buy another one and driink that one then buy another one and drink that one too, all in the same day.



Well, mystery solved I guess I should just... Drink more water... And see a doctor.

if it's liquor, get the watermelon twist vodka and chase it with kiwi/strawberry propel fitness water. it is the most amazing thing in the entire world. it doesn't taste like liquor at all once you chase it. and it helps hydrate you at the same time, minimizing your chances of a hangover. it's ingenious.

My technique for hangovers is getting so shitfaced that once I get home I throw it all up. The next morning I feel FINE. A little hungry and a little woozy, but not hung over. Works every [other] time...

Saturday was my sister's wedding party, and the bartender left early... So I took over!

It seems to have gone away now. I'm thirsty a lot but not ALL the time. It does that. I'm always tired because I'm on my feet all day, I work a 12 hour shift 5 days a week, and an 8 hour shift on saturdays. And to make it to work on time I have to get up at 5 in the morning, I'm NOT a morning person, before I had a job I would go to bed at 8-ish in the morning.

I'm not loosing weight tho...

yeah, i can imagine. where do you work?

1) gatorade is not meant to quench thirst, it is meant to keep the body in a state of equilibrium during intense exercise, when you sweat, you lose salts, hence gatorade having ridiculous amounts of salts, which also means that it is not really the healthiest beverage choice when one is not exercising

2) that whole watermelon vodka chaced with fruit water, sounds amazing.. i dont think we have strawberry kiwi fitness water here, but if i happen to see it.. im definately going to try it

3) my personal favourite hangover cure: dont drink.. just kidding.. i usually down a bottle of water.. yes.. water.. oh sweet hydration.. and eat a few crackers to help absorb some of the excess alcohol in the stomach.. it usually works for me.. and followed my a bacon and egg mcmuffin from mcdonalds.. i never get hungover.. unless im too drunk to find the water bottles haha
